Ascension Careers is the outcome of my work as a career coach with a top-ranked business school.  In that role, I coached professionals from all functions and industries whether seeking a new internal position, externally job searching or switching careers.  Having utilized numerous techniques with clients at all stages of life and career, I know and leverage what works.



I listen to my clients  to understand their career objectives and how they define career success.  I know that client growth often occurs outside of a coaching session.  Therefore,  my coaching involves individualized homework assignments and worksheets to build upon the ideas and thinking generated in a session.  This approach ensures that my clients have the tools for success even after our coaching relationship ends.
